Happy March & St. Patrick’s Day!
March is here already! The time has changed and we’re beginning to see signs of Spring. Later sunsets, warmer temperatures and also clients starting to attend more open houses, getting home searches set up and homes prepared for market.
Little by little a little becomes a lot which can be applied to anything, whether it’s fitness, relationship goals or deloping a new skill. The same can be said for every little improvement you make to your property over time. We can suggest a variety of ideas on how you can improve your home to increase its value.
Despite the economic news and US and Canada tariffs we are seeing more properties coming to market. Hopefully this along with lowering interest rates will encourage more buyers to commence their searches, review their financing and make offers on properties.
