  • A Detailed home evaluation, based on the features and improvements of a home, recently sold comparable properties and an understanding of current market conditions to determine an effective pricing strategy
  • Staging a home to ensure it is presented well both online and during showings is paramount. We advise and assist our clients with items to be completed to help sell a home, whether that be placement of furniture and décor items, getting a painter, handyman or landscaper. We draw on our collection of paintings, accessories and small furniture items to complement the existing furniture in a home.

FRI: Fellow, Real Estate Institute – successfully completed university courses in real estate, such as urban development and economics
CMR: Certified in the Marketing of Real Estate – satisfied the professional, educational and experience requirements for membership in the Real Estate Institute of Canada
CRA: Canadian Residential Appraiser – passed all requirements and examinations of the bylaws and regulations of the Appraisal Institute of Canada

Victoria Smith, Sales Representative, B.Comm, MBA

Victoria has 11 years of experience as a real estate sales representative in Ottawa. Having grown up in Kanata, worked throughout the City and raised a family in Ottawa, Victoria can draw on her knowledge of different neighborhoods, services, and schools. Victoria began her career as a management consultant specializing in marketing research and marketing strategy services for private and public sector clients. She has over 15 years in high technology marketing, presenting and interfacing with many customers, marketing technicians & engineers. Victoria’s consistent marketing approach places great importance on understanding clients’ needs and objectives while examining current market dynamics. Using her communication and marketing planning skills Victoria can develop and execute a customized home marketing or purchasing plan.

Luc St-Hilaire, Sales Representative (Bilingual), Bachelor in Landscape Architecture

With 15 years of experience as a real estate sales representative in Ottawa, Luc can use his excellent knowledge of the buying and selling process to meet your real estate goals. Having lived and worked in Ottawa for 30 years, Luc can share his knowledge of the different communities and builders. Luc has 15 years of experience in both the private and public sector as a project manager of buildings and professional landscape architect. He worked on renovation projects to a number of federal buildings in Ottawa giving him detailed project management skills, technical renovation knowledge and insightful appreciation of client’s needs all great skills when buying or selling a home. Luc also worked on many residential and commercial projects including the Open Space Master Plan for Kanata Lakes, resulting in him being familiar with the development of Kanata.
