About Mrs. Joan Smith, FRI, CMR, CRA
Joan is a lifetime member of the Royal LePage National Chairman’s Club, earned in 1985, and has received the award consistently for 47 consecutive years, since 1972*, and with her team’s help starting in 1996.
This prestigious membership is given to only the top one percent of the more than 18,000 Royal LePage brokers/sales representatives across Canada each year.
She has reached this level of success by keeping up to date on the changing real estate market in the Ottawa area and by ensuring that she provides the highest level of personal service to each client.
Joan personally oversees the concerns of all clients, whether buying or selling, and has designed booklets filled with information and handy check lists for home owners.
Her carefully chosen staff brings together expertise in such varied fields as creative writing, web page design, and creative problem solving in addition to the usual office staff skills.
