Ottawa Real Estate Market – April 2025 Statistics

Ottawa, May 6th, 2025 – The number of homes sold through the MLS® System of the Ottawa Real Estate Board (OREB) totaled 1,306 units in April 2025. This represented an 18.4% increase from March 2025, but an 11.2% decline from April 2024.
