Ottawa Real Estate Market – January 2024 Statistics
OTTAWA, February 6, 2024 – The number of homes sold through the MLS® System of the Ottawa Real Estate Board totaled 629 units in January 2024. This was an increase of 16.5% from January 2023. Home sales were 10.7% below the five-year average and 3.9% below the 10-year average for the month of January.
