Ottawa Real Estate Market – November 2023 Statistics
OTTAWA, December 5, 2023 – The number of homes sold through the MLS® System of the Ottawa Real Estate Board totaled 724 units in November 2023. This was a small reduction of 1.6% from November 2022. Home sales were 31.8% below the five-year average and 27.4% below the 10-year average for the month of November.
