Home search efforts – Pre-House hunting trip the web site set up and search parameters really helped us nail down possible targets. Once we were in Ottawa, Victoria was always prepared and presented a logical plan for the days viewings. In addition , as we added more houses to the list you guys were able to get us in to see them in short order.
Negotiations – Once we entered negotiations, we were able to negotiate a price hat was acceptable. We were provided with good comparison data, that helped us make a sound decision. I would of liked a little more input as to where to start, but I’m sure that if we had gone in too low or high something would have been mentioned.

It has been good! Victoria has been very patient with us and that is an important requirement for us. She picked up on our requirements very fast and then started focusing on properties very close to those requirements. We have been picky in our search for the right property and have been searching for last 2 years now! In the process, we went thru two agents. They were not bad but we felt they were just processing us like fodder! We do understand it is a business but it is important on how one goes conducting it! Some agents make a customer feel pressured in making a purchase fast or they don’t show an inclination to spend some time unless there is a very good chance of a sale. We never felt this way with Victoria! In fact, the first time we met her, we knew we wanted her to represent us! We did not have this kind of gut feeling with any other agent in a long time!

Our home search efforts spanned about ten months from start to finish. We found the computer searches that came automatically to our home e-mail quite helpful. These searches enabled us to eliminate houses that did not appeal and focus on houses we liked best. Home search efforts – Pre-House hunting trip the web site set up and search parameters really helped us nail down possible targets. Once we were in Ottawa, Victoria was always prepared and presented a logical plan for the days viewings. It has been good! Victoria has been very patient with us and that is an important requirement for us. She picked up on our requirements very fast and then started focusing on properties very close to those requirements. We have been picky in our search for the right property and have been searching for last 2 years now! In the process, we went thru two agents. They were not bad but we felt they were just processing us like fodder! We do understand it is a business but it is important on how one goes conducting it! Some agents make a customer feel pressured in making a purchase fast or they don’t show an inclination to spend some time unless there is a very good chance of a sale. In hindsight (as always), we might have fared better had we employed your services from the beginning and there were many factors in that decision.
