Good Morning Joan, your family and staff:
“Enchanted Mosaic” was a huge success on Saturday. The performers were extremely good and the artists were highly complimented.
The lobby and auditorium were packed and so many people spoke of the joy of attending a community event where local talent could be recognized and appreciated.
The final dollar figure is not in, but it is likely we made a substantial contribution to the Scholarship Trust.
We are so appreciative of your sponsorship. Your beautiful signs were placed in prominent positions and your pads and pens were snapped up. Thank you for taking such large part in supporting this community event. We loved working with you.
Best wishes,
Mary Williams

Dear Joan:
Well , we had the wrap-up meeting and discussed the things that worked and things that did not go as well.
On the whole it was a wonderful event. Each location had interesting activities and young people had the opportunity to experience how life might have been one hundred years ago. From this point of view, we met our goals and more. We did not sell as many tickets as we would have wished, which was a disappointment after so many months of planning. We had good visibility with local newspapers, CBC and other radio stations. We wished The Ottawa Citizen had supported us with an article.
Anyway, we were extremely pleased and grateful to have you as a site sponsor. Your name was displayed on a sign outside one of the schoolhouses so that visitors and passing traffic were ware of your support.
Many thanks for supporting our Scholarship Trust and encouraging higher education.
Mary Williams
