A Chilly start to the Winter but Holidays are Near

As we head into the colder months and Christmas holidays approach, we are busy helping clients and preparing for 2020 but also taking some time to help others and spend time with family and friends.

2019 has been a busy year and others have noticed, demand for homes has been strong in Ottawa. Ottawa was ranked as the third most attractive market to watch in 2020 (report by PWC). Ottawa is desirable to relocate to and invest in. We have excellent schools, colleges and universities. The City accommodates both outdoor and city lifestyles, and does not have the density and traffic of some of the much larger cities.

We are very proud to work for many wonderful clients. We are fortunate to help families and provide advice, often at the time they are making a big transition or change, some looking for their first home, some looking for their next move to a larger home and some looking to right-size or invest.
