Happy Summer Everyone! 

The weather has been delightful and certainly has helped preparing gardens and the exterior of homes for good curb appeal. Patience for buyers is the best advice in today’s market. There are always new listings coming on, and remember to buy a less than perfect home may be a good investment. You can build in your own equity to make it your dream home. Market strength is still strong and more homes are coming to market which is encouraging. We are available to chat to give our insights on the market and best approach.

Lifestyles are changing, along with house designs, buyers are looking for a home with some separate space for an office, home schooling or just some quiet time.

On behalf of our clients this month we are making a donation to the Grassroot Grannies. This group has done so much to raise money for the Stephen Lewis Foundation for the past ten years.

Ottawa sales prices are excellent and are still continuing to hold. Real estate is proving to be a good investment for your portfolio.
