Fall is coming!

If you’re like most people, this is the time of year when you start making plans for the Fall, a home renovation, vacation planning for winter months, courses to take or hobbies to take on. Real Estate is no different, we reflect on the first six months and plan and take action for the Fall market.

The market has been strong, some neighborhoods percentage gain higher than others. The fall market still has many opportunities for you to sell or purchase your next home. Selling in the Fall is a good thing, there is a different pool of buyers.
