As we mentioned before we couldn’t be more pleased with our overall experience and the professional, 5 star services you provided us with throughout our home selling journey.

On the marketing side, when you met with us for the first time, you came prepared with hard data that described similar homes that had sold in our neighbourhood, and their features in relation to our home (you didn’t compare apples to apples but looked at the bigger picture).  You also talked to us about the market overall and trends, and the potential impact of COVID.  Based on this and subsequent conversations we were fully confident in your suggested market value for our property.

We were amazed at the speed in which you were able to put our home on the market.  Your staging advice was much appreciated (we had the option of using our stockpile or yours) and spot on; your knew exactly how to highlight the best features in our home.  The photos, 3D tour and other marketing tools you developed were outstanding.  They made our property sand out against others on the market and, based on the numerous visits we had from the start along with a firm offer within days of listing, effectively captured the buyers’ interest!  The feedback you provided on each and every home visit (using a convenient, private web page) helped to put as at ease.

When it came to negotiations and closing services, you represented our best interest, were always prompt in responding to our countless questions and phone calls (and there were many!) and provided us with objective and insightful advice.

You are always professional, have the highest degree of integrity and are so knowledgeable about Kanata’s and Ottawa’s complex real estate market.  All in all we could not have chosen a more dedicated realtor to represent us.
