02 Dec Mayor Jim Watson is Hosting a Christmas celebration at City Hall

Celebrate the holiday season at Marion Dewar Plaza hosted by Mayor Jim Watson Saturday, December 7th, 2-6pm. 

This holiday season Mayor Jim Watson will be hosting a Christmas celebration, even Santa and Mrs. Claus will be there! Roast marshmallows around a cozy campfire, visit the gingerbread baker and skate on the Sens Rink of Dreams. After these fun activities, take a horse-drawn wagon ride around City Hall while enjoying a delicious beavertail for only $2! All proceeds raised will be going directly to the Ottawa Food Bank.

Inside Andrew S. Haydon Hall, there will be a magic show, live science experiments and a live performance from the dynamic Monkey Rock Music! Warm up at the cafe in Jean Pigott Place and enjoy a hot chocolate & cookies before heading over to Santa’s workshop to make your own craft.
